Gorge Ride the Bus
Please EMAIL me to ask if there's a seat available. We will be starting a waitlist soon.
Why hassle with renting a car, paying for gas, staying sober, and getting lost on the way to the Gorge when you can join us on a chartered party bus!!! We will be chartering a bus from Seattle Tacoma Airport to Wildhorse Campground at the Gorge for Labor Day weekend, Dave Matthews Band!!!!
The bus departs from the RED ROOF INN at the Sea-Tac Airport at 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2012.
Please be in the parking lot and ready to go when the bus arrives at 11:00 am to begin loading.
The bus departs from WILDHORSE CAMPGROUND at 11:00 am on Monday, September, 3, 2012.
Please be packed up and ready to go when the bus arrives at 10:00 am to begin loading.
The total cost is $60.00 per person round trip. Due to the large cost involved in chartering a bus, should you cancel, we will only be offering refunds if we are able to fill your empty spot.
A $30 deposit will hold your spot on the bus. The balance is due by June 30, 2012. Please PayPal your deposit or total amount to themayor@toupstown.com. If you would prefer to mail a check please email me for an address.
If you have already purchased a Wildhorse Campground Pass, you can group 4 people together per pass and they can pay you. If you have not purchased a pass yet, Scott at Wildhorse will charge $30 cash per person upon arrival.
NOTE: THE BUS WILL SELL OUT. RESERVE YOUR SPOT EARLY.
For those of you that want to join us and will be driving to Seattle, you can park your car at the Red Roof Inn for a daily fee.
We will be making a stop at the MARKETPLACE @ FACTORIA in Bellevue, WA for supplies. It is located just outside of Seattle at 4055 Factoria Mall SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. MAP

There is plenty of room in the storage bays for all your camping gear. And., you can party along the way with the Toupstown residents!

- RiteAid - great option for snacks, camping supplies, beer, wine, etc.
